Yang Xiaolin – CEO/CMO
Yang Xiaolin has over 20 years of experience in electronics product development, manufacturing, supply chain management, and international business development.
He leads BTS’s overall business strategy, customer development, and operational growth. Before co-founding BTS, he held product management, business, and manufacturing leadership roles at companies including Huawei and Flextronics.
Wang Wenjun – CTO
Wang Wenjun brings more than 20 years of experience in electronics design, embedded development, and engineering management.
He leads BTS’s technology development, engineering execution, and technical innovation initiatives. Prior to BTS, he worked in senior R&D and engineering leadership roles at companies including Midea and Xiaomi.
Zhou Xianfeng – COO
Zhou Xianfeng has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality systems, and supply chain management.
He oversees production operations, manufacturing coordination, and delivery execution to support efficient and reliable project fulfillment. His previous experience includes operational leadership roles at companies such as Foxconn and Guanghong.
Xie Dong – CFO
Xie Dong has more than 10 years of experience in financial management and operational finance within the electronics industry.
He supports BTS’s financial planning, operational control, and business management activities.
Huang Huaxiang – Advisor
Huang Huaxiang brings nearly 30 years of experience across electronics manufacturing, business operations, and industrial management.
As an advisor to BTS, he provides guidance on strategic planning, operational development, and industry best practices.
